• I maintain the right to decline any request that I find inappropriate, disrespectful, or inadequately remunerated.

• I reserve the right to cancel our agreement at any point, in which case you will receive a 50% refund on any work not yet performed.

• Until we have established a solid business relationship, please note that all video files will be delivered only after full payment is received.

• My expertise lies in longer formats; I do not create short-form edits, including Shorts & TikToks.

• To maintain work-life balance and prevent burnout, I do not work on weekends (Fridays through Sundays).

  • Occasionally, I may need to take a day off for mental health reasons. I will inform you in advance wherever possible.

• All payments are to be made through PayPal.

• If you decide to cancel our agreement, a cancellation fee of $50 will apply, unless we reach a different mutual agreement.

• Clients failing to complete payment will be subject to an additional $50 fee.

• If after agreeing on the payment, you request complex edits, I reserve the right to charge extra fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

• I request your permission to feature the videos I edit for you in my professional portfolio.

• If you use my work, I kindly ask you to credit me appropriately.
